  • These limitations are essential elements of our agreement and reflect the allocation of risk

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from their use of our services, implementation of recommendations, or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
