Client Responsibilities and Obligations

• Grant appropriate access to systems, networks, and documentation as required for assessments
• Designate qualified personnel to serve as primary contacts and decision-makers
• Implement security measures in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive security information and methodologies shared during engagements

Limitation of Liability

• Client assumes responsibility for their own security decisions and implementations
• These limitations are essential elements of our agreement and reflect the allocation of risk

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from their use of our services, implementation of recommendations, or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
